Nicole Line and Jena Swiggum are the co-founders of SL Willow Consulting, united by their shared passion for leadership, education, and ethical growth.

Nicole is a nonprofit leader currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Ethical Leadership at Viterbo University. With years of experience in program coordination, teaching, and organizational leadership, she brings a research-driven and people-centered approach to helping organizations grow with integrity and purpose.

Jena Swiggum is an innovative freelancer and former educator with a strong background in communication and team development. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations reach their potential through collaboration, creativity, and strategic growth.

Together, Nicole and Jena created SL Willow Consulting to help leaders and organizations of every size grow from strong roots: grounded in integrity, strengthened by leadership, and guided by purpose.
